Thank you for a well-thought out, researched, and minimally venemous post. One correction:
The posters in that movie were actually done by a third party, not the Obama campaign (although they did commission a less socialist-realist version from that artist for the official campaign). Also, Obama has disagreed publically with Schumer and other Democrats on bringing back the Fairness doctrine.

Well, it’s not like his posts are any more venomous or trollish, on average, than those made by a sizeable number of other people in this forum. It’s just that most people here see their venom as justified and his as not. I expect this thread to get pretty ugly as some people refuse to be gracious winners and instead try to rub Bob’s face in their victory as much as possible.

Yes, because he always exhibits so much grace in his posts. I’d have to disagree with that. It seems like your falling for the fallacy of false equivalence. I never even saw Bob on this forum until I started reading P&R this season and so far I’ve only seen him post inflammatory bullshit. To confirm this impression I just looked over his last month of posting history, and it’s practically all P&R trolling. You’ll have to demonstrate that there is a sizable number of people with similar posting histories.
Yes, there are usually asshats on all sides of any issue, but that doesn’t mean they are equal in quantity of quality.
