I really liked the show, but I think they probably strayed too far with the mystery characters and irrational twists to keep the audience numbers up. I suppose there’s always The Nevers for my “bits from an alien ship grant funky powers” viewing.
For both myself and sister this really diminished our enjoyment. As we’ve talked about on this thread, the debris were just magic boxes that allowed them to do anything they wanted. I think I’d have preferred to know the rules, or that there be rules.
