I personally liked having the shift timer as it provided an incentive to come up with a plan for each ship type to break it down methodically rather than haphazardly.

It also doesn’t really add any huge difficulty. If you take an extra shift to finish a ship it’s not going to set you back much at all.

Very good point, I’ve not had to deal with the shift time very long, yet.

Yeah, the shift breaks seem restrictive, especially because you have so much debt, but it doesn’t take long before you’re making big bucks. For a capitalist hell scape it’s a pretty laid back game in the end.
