The inability to just copy the generated stickynote images make sharing funny moments in this one a little more difficult.
I think I’ve figured out what it is about the Broken Picture Telephone image editor that I miss from this one. It’s the transparency of the paint. You could do some very cool stuff with that.
Aw. And the eraser paints the background colour, not transparency, which ruins copying the images too.
As I said earlier in post #2, there already is one for Android and iPhone.

I haven’t played that, but from screens I’ve seen, it doesn’t look like the same thing at all.

The main difference is that it makes an entire game out of a single BPT draw/guess cycle, so the games are very short.
Then maybe Reed may be encouraged by the comments to take a leave of absence from his day job to program this variation as a mobile app.
It is very very different. Draw Something is Get word -> draw picture -> guess the exact word. BPT is more free form and allows for the guess to be wildly different from the original word and not be wrong.

Suggestion: I get burned by the timer trying to draw the award winning detail at the 0:15 mark. Maybe a Submit confirmation for ten seconds after the draw timer is up? If there is something drawn that is… “Do you want to submit this as your answer?” And with no response it really gets skipped.

BTW guys, if you don’t know this same concept is available as a boardgame called Telestrations. It’s a hit at family events. 98% less scat, though.
