I will probably purchase Fallen God as soon as it is on sale. I would like to try the Co-Op Campaign system sometime.

I couldn’t finish spell force 3. It was just too long. I think I got to the point where I found some dragon who wanted me to do some quest for him. I was already waiting for the game to be over at that point and I had no idea how much more there was to the game.
I think the fundamental problem was that I hated the RTS mode. My heroes could solo enemy bases, but I was not allowed to attack them until the official RTS mode was engaged. Also the maps seemed to be the same thing over and over.
1… Get to new map, scout it for all the creeps that will cause trouble in RTS mode.
2. Kill said creeps, do whatever quests you could on the map.
3. Engage RTS mode, while your troops tried to hold the line, while your heroes did all the real work.
4. Finish the map, go to new map and start step 1 again.
Oh, I think that has pretty much been solved with Soul Harvest (and I’m betting Fallen God). The campaign is smaller, there are more RPG only sections, but the RTS is still pretty easy.
Also, the story and voice acting were pretty engaging.
But, I’ve never played the Original Spellforce 3, just the Expansion.
I’m trying out the skirmish mode on Easy. Which has been easy. I tried the Elves, which you don’t get to see or play with in the campaign (the campaign has you fight Orcs, Dwarfs, Humans and Dark Elves, but lets you play some missions as the Humans, Dwarfs and Dark Elves).
Bee Simulator out today who’s psyched???
(Me. Sincerely, I’m psyched.)
When a horse and a pig love each other very much they do a special hug and…
I was trying to figure out who among us was going to have to have “the talk”, glad you stepped up to the plate!
My boys are 13, 11, and 9 so I need all the practice I can get.
How about the birds? Do they, like, bring their eggs to work to brood?
So many questions!

Tesla Force by 10tons has left early access.
Stylized first-person action rogue-lite dungeon crawler.
Picked up Sakuna: Rice and Ruin after watching a streamer. The combat is not as hard as I feared (I am a platform novice). I started planting rice and mechanics are opening up.
I got addicted to Sakuna by a scary amount and finally broke free after 30 hours. I really liked it overall. There are some flaws: some enemies are annoying to fight, it’s a bit too long without much change in content, and there’s no real good way to balance the difficulty when you can simply grow more rice to level up. But crashing demon rabbits into each other always feels great, especially with the special moves, which are paced well with the recharging skill meter.
I don’t know if this is the right place but I was looking to play some strategy games like Warbanners/Fantasy General.
Tactical combat with a little character/unit growth. I hoping for little to no exploration/city/base management/diplomacy/relationship management in the game. The game hopefully would be needs to be somewhat challenging and was released within the last 5 years or so.
I really enjoyed Warbanner and Mortal Glory and found them to be a perfect fit. I played Super Robot War in the past and found them to be what I was looking for except for the fact the games were extremely easy.
Anything out there besides Fantasy General II?
I am considering Star Renegade and Othercide.

I would recommend Urtuk:
I think it may be close to what you are looking for (it is Early Access but plays very well). There is some exploration (moving from one battle site to the next). It really shines in teh tactical play IMHO.
Gladius - Relics of War, unless you’re set on the fantasy setting
I have that on my wishlist. I was hesitant mainly due to it’s EA status and the fact that a few people cited Battle Brothers as something similar. I liked Battle Brothers but the game also have a bunch of extra systems I didn’t care for (mainly trading and a clock).
I will check out Urtuk for sure though. Thank you.
I like Sci-Fi but I thought Gladius was a 4X? I mainly looking for Panzer General but with more unit growth.
Gladius is a 3x, as there’s no diplomacy at all. If you’re looking for more PG style gameplay maybe Armageddon would fit the bill better.
