Glad to see some love here for Hold Your Fire and Power Windows. I love the shit out of those albums.
Maybe it’s just the order in which I was exposed to them, but A Show of Hands is one of those albums where I’ve come to prefer many of the live versions on there over the originals (see also Stop Making Sense). And I’m not normally big on live albums. When I listen to the originals, they just sound…overproduced, I guess.
Also, they are just that much more awesome live.

Got that email as well, snagged the tracks and after a few listens first impressions are very positive. Really loving them (other than the title “BU2B”). Very excited for the rest of the album if these are any indication.
