I imagine this poor fellow hunched on a stool in a sweatshop in mainland china or the philipines, staring in stunned silence as his victory was so cruelly snatched away. A stream of tears roll down his cheek as he rests his head in his hands. He wonders how he will feed his family, all relying on his spam income. He fears returning home to face his wife, his in-laws, his parents, his children, his neices and nephews, and the rest of his extended family to tell them that they would be eating thin gruel again tonight when he had promised them a fat chicken. His wife says nothing, of course, she never does, she never would, but disappointment shines in her eyes. As usual.
