For those who are unfamiliar with the region, Kosovo has a fairly self-regulated region called North Kosovo which is largely ethnically Serbian. This very much mirrors Crimea and Ukraine.

I just assume that people are transcribing it wrong and what they usually are saying is “We plan to begin de Nazification of de neighboring countries.”
Maybe something is happening, but I’d wait and see. There is always tension between Serbia and Kosovo, of course.

Tl;dr: Serbia doesn’t recognize Kosovo so Kosavars need special documents to enter / travel in Serbia. Kosovo’s government has returned the favor by requiring Serbs to get special docs to enter / travel in Kosovo. Ethnic Serbs who live in North Kosovo objected and set up some roadblocks in North Kosovo to protest.
More sirens in Mitrovica, Kosovar police first said no shots fired but then admitted they were yet with no casualties, government is blaming “armed groups controlled by Serbia” but nothing official and nobody is admitting to crossing borders. Seems like a skirmish that may erupt but will hopefully calm the @#$% down.
