That was within a span of a week. Do you REALLY believe that knowing the events of June 11, that I would - on June 19th - just post to troll the thread? OK you don’t have to answer that.
If you actually followed events closely, you would know that they had settlement talks at various points - and it fell apart when it came down to key points. Heck, both sides have posted about this extensively - in public. So somehow they found a way to settle it during that period and - unlike Brad - Fred & Paul actually posted the exact wording of the settlement. Notice anything in there that jumps at you about this settlement and why settlement FAILED more than once before? I will leave that for you to figure out as homework (assuming you were paying attention at all).
