Time for this to get its own dedicated thread, as we still have people discovering the joys and terrors of the original game. Can’t wait for Below Zero to hit 1.0 next year.

Below Zero has been in early access just over 12 months now. I’ll get this thread up to date with all the updates since it was announced asap.

I’m trying to resist buying this in early access, but it’s very tough as I love the first one so much.

Also trying to resist early access. Helps that I prefer waiting for the PS4 version anyway. My brother gifted me a VR rig and this will probably be my first VR game.

I have the game on Epic Store but haven’t installed it as I insist on waiting for v1. I might end up buying it on Steam too.

I went and bought it in case the price goes up on release.

Wait, does the original do PSVR? I may have to double dip for that (I originally played on Xbox).

I don’t think it IS on Epic store? Thats probably the first one, which is long out of Early Access, and V1.

This game doesn’t have VR support and they aren’t planning to add it.

I couldn’t wait and started playing. And it’s like continuing with Subnautica. And I’m addicted again.

It does?! Excellent! I wonder why I havent recieved any notifications of this. They are pretty good at sending out e-mails about stuff like that.

Where do you see that? When they said they’re completely starting over with the story, I can’t believe the release is in 13 days?

Damnit, you are correct. I misread but swore I had seen that just some time ago. DAMN!!! I’m playing way too early!!

All that said, we don’t intend to work on Below Zero forever – we have other worlds to explore after all – so our current goal is to ship 1.0 in early 2020.

Wowl Would love to see a marooned on an alien planet the was sort of like Rim World but even more extreme. Or maybe build an outpost on a hill in a dark fantasy world. So many possibilities.
