Unlike people like you, I actually care about our country. So you can fuck off.
And I have plenty of meaningful conversations with people that I disagree with. But I also don’t consider those people to be traitors, unlike people like you. You’re in a special category, along with Trump, Hannity, and other scum of similar character.
You seem unhappy that your political leanings are not represented right now in government, but that’s no reason to throw out big words like “traitor” and completely divorce them from their actual meanings. Eventually, your preferred candidates will probably hold a majority in government once again, and I hope then at least you become a nicer person, in the same way a child stops his tantrum once he regains possession of his favorite toy.
I haven’t been able to listen to the press conference yet – what is your takeway from the press conference? I can watch it eventually, but I am curious what you are saying to look for.
Believe it or not, sometimes I travel and sometimes I have days off. I skimmed a NYT article saying Trump brought up election meddling and Putin denied it, but that is all I saw.
We need more people like that coming to their senses. If enough people start realizing what a sham this all is, then companies like Fox will have less incentive to shamelessly promote it. I mean they’ll likely still do it but maybe they’ll ever so slightly tone it down, just in case it all goes south on them.
I still have not watched the whole thing but did he really say he wasn’t sure if any Russians did any meddling in the election? That would be pretty indefensible.
