Wallet Threat Level

I love this name. Though it could easily be a game where it can’t cash the checks that the title of the game is writing.

This is the only screenshot on the Steam page that’s safe to post. The rest have women showing off big boobs and might offend folks opposed to those types of women.

Finally, the game bundle FPS fans have been waiting their whole lives for.

Eehhhhh…

Not sure how Ultimate ADOM is different from current ADOM. May have to read up on it.

Although Valheim is taking all my game time at the moment; and if I take a break probably back to Shadow Empire.

It’s a sequel apparently, and will release into early access where it will spend at least all of 2021.

There is a demo on the steam page.

And yeah, its a sequel with new graphics and controller support.

Did you all really like ADOM? I tried it a bit, but bounced off of it. It had like a million things you needed to do and you had so many commands that some of them required 3 key strokes to do.

I was excited for a new WH40K flight sim. Sadly this is very arcade-y and a port of a mobile game.

Man, when did the Warhammer license become so synonymous with shovelware? It seems like for every passable Warhammer game, there are a dozen trashy cash-ins. At this point, the Warhammer brand does the opposite of getting me interested in a game…

When Games Workshop suddenly pivoted from clutching their license tightly to their chest and refusing to work with almost anyone to just passing it out in the street.

Am confused with the titles of that series of RPGs. Is that a port of one of the first two games?

How do you put a leash on something that’s both a particle and a wave?

Stop showing off your theogonometry degree here!

Steven Universe: Unleash the Light is a mobile game worked on by Cartoon Network and was announced as part of the Apple Arcade Announcement Event on September 10, 2019.[1] The game was co-written by Rebecca Sugar and has a similar gameplay system to Attack the Light and Save the Light developed by Grumpyface Studios. The game was released on the Apple Arcade catalog on November 27, 2019.

So it sounds like it’s a 3rd game in that series.

Darn, I am confused now, as I think it is the one I bought on my Switch last year!

oh no, just checked, it s right: I got it on my phone too :0

It sounds like it couldn’t be the one on the Switch because it was an Apple Arcade exclusive until this week.

Bottom line for me: exclusivity sucks and is confusing.

Where have you been the last few years? There have been a ton of 40k Warhammer games of varying quality put out. Just do a search on Steam :)

Gee, you think?

My point is that I remember a time when Games Workshop actually seemed to care about the brand. But they’ve damaged it so badly in the last several years that I’m actively uninterested in Warhammer games these days.

(That 40k Left 4 Dead clone excepted…)
