I agree with the general theory that sequels pale in comparison to the original, but even if this Katamari sequel is only 75% as good as the original that means it’s still about 900% awesome!
You should play dark souls the second and third before you pass judgement.
It’s not a sequel, it’s a remaster/port of the original game. It’s got a few issues on PC (you can’t even select any settings until after you’ve done the tutorial) but it’s still a delightful game.
Katamari is absolutely wonderful and weird in the best way. I played the PSP version way back and was so jealous that they couldn’t implement the ball-growing component without separating out the levels on the PSP’s specs.
Injustice, just if anyone’s wondering, is also awesome, even if you just play the terrific campaign.

Qvadriga is a great game in the Slitherine bundle if someone doesn’t have it yet. Zoom by competitor’s chariots and whip their buggy to pieces. Watch them being dragged to death.
QVADRIGA could be such a great party game it makes me hurt inside that it’s totally single player. It’s still a really fun little game, though.

Yeah, but if you play in the “real-time” mode, which you should!, no analysis paralysis allowed. I guess you could play Circvs Maximum with an egg timer or something, but that seems like it would be too unwieldy.
Fair enough. To be clear, I totally agree that Qvadriga would be a blast in MP.
