I’d wager it’s a deformation from Sansukumi (bless me!), which evokes a triangle relationship of sort in the rock-paper-scissor way, and which is always represented in Japanese magazines and manual by a triangle-shaped diagram.
Just sounds foreign in Japan, and indeed super dumb everywhere else.
