If you didn’t play Hitman Go, in my opinion, it is a much better game overall than Lara Croft (I understand they weren’t developped by the same team too?). Both are turn-based and not very demanding, as far as difficulty go.

I will probably get both - the bundle cost $4.99 for two games. Win! Thanks everyone. These two games should tide me over.

I wasn’t a huge Laura Croft Go fan. Sure, it’s pretty, but super easy. Hitman Go is a better game. Both are sort of annoying after a while. You could grab the iPad version of Brogue. That’s pretty fun. There’s also Titan Quest, FTL, Another World, Legend of Grimrock, Bastion, Transistor, Out There, the Sorcery! games, 80 Days, Aquaria, Gemeni Rue, etc…
That’s funny. I didn’t get into Hitman GO very far, but loved the Lara Croft one.

Out There was pretty good. I have it. I’ve also finished Bastion in the PC, have not tried Transistor though. FTL - played it as well. I just downloaded Fallout Shelter and Hearthstone. Let’s see how they are. Have not heard of Brogue so I’ll check that out. Thanks Clay!

Brogue is roguelike goodness! Worth reading about it here: https://sites.google.com/site/broguegame/
I think it’s free on the iPad.
FFG’s BattleLore: Command is a great TBS game, which is based FFG’s BattleLore (Second Edition) board game.
How does anyone sell Don’t Starve for a buck and still make money? That’s just amazing value for consumers.
By getting dollar bills from people like me who would not otherwise have bought it.

Yeah, I already have the Steam version but for a buck I don’t mind having it in my iPad

I second the motion! Both of those games have fascinated me for hours. I’m playing Imbroglio incessantly now. Is anyone else? It’s such an elegant, absorbing design. Care to share any thoughts on what weapons are best? The harp is growing on me, as is the scythe. A leveled whetstone could make a harp nasty!

Anybody ever tried this? Looks interesting.

Looks interesting. Somebody take one for the team and buy it and report back.

@Dave_Perkins says he has played it but he must be too lazy to post here. :p
I tend to stick away of the whetstone, as a maxed level one can spell death so quickly, depending on your character… I tried to make combinasons of 2 of them/line, but that wasn’t very productive XD I have been growing fond of teleporting tiles lately in conjunction with cursing ones, though getting above 100 is still very rare for me with but 2 characters.
The games of that author have always looked so intriguing. Did by chance anyone try some of his other works (like Verreciel, for instance?).
@clay :)
I played that O game for an hour and got tired of having to memorize stuff.

This is supposed to be fun.

Well, if you’re gonna post incrementals (and I’m about to check your link out), one I recommend is Merchant, where you’re a merchant selling goods, and you have control of heroes that go out on quests and get raw materials that you use for crafting. In return, you can craft them better weapons/armor, and other fun things.
Edit: Now that I’ve checked it out, I’ve gotta say - it’s pretty heavy handed with the IAP. Want off line progression of more than 2 hours? $4.99. Want a whole tier of research? Plenty of ways to put money in to get golden eggs to unlock that research. I may put some time into this over the next 24 hours, but unless there’s some magical new mechanics I haven’t seen in the first bit of time, it’s got about as much excitement as pokemon go does if you stay at home.

Yeah - I haven’t tried it yet, just saw a mention by a reputable game dev. Phone battery at 6% means I’ll try later. Sorry to mislead.
