Having been to Italy recently I can attest that there is Real Good Food for not a lot of Money™️ there. It ruined pasta for me.

Apologies for being a little off topic, because there’s nothing satirical or cartoonish here. This is a map of the Mayo Clinic’s Downtown Rochester, MN campus, where my wife had knee replacement surgery last week. I have been working with all kinds of medical facilities for the last two decades and I have never been so impressed with the level of care as I was here. If you need planned hospital care and it’s in your network (it was in ours, thank God) and you can afford to travel, I can’t recommend it too highly. Simply extraordinary.
BTW, PBS will be airing a Ken Burns documentary on the Mayo Clinic next week.
@Jason_Levine: You never have to apologize for sharing good news, I’m glad to hear things went well. For what it’s worth, I thought the Cleveland Clinic was pretty good as well.
