Sean Spicer is the best Press Secretary in history. PERIOD.

If it is something you’d like to do somewhat frequently and don’t care about blu-ray:

blu-ray isnt that bad either:

I have a philips that I bought many years ago from some site that used to sell them so I could watch Russian DVDs. Well worth the investment.

Don’t buy a multi-region one (I mean, unless you have other reasons to want that model). Just buy a cheap mono-region one that has a code available to unlock it.

Sigh, I don’t wanna pick up a new piece of hardware for one DVD.

So buy more DVDs! There’s loads of great British comedy you can’t get in the US. Not to mention foreign films.

Isn’t a lot of the good stuff available over here already?

I watched that when it originally came out. Fantastic little mini-series. Brian Blessed as Long John Silver was just perfect.

See the Scottish comedies thread for counter examples. I would also be mildly surprised if, say, Jam, Adam & Joe, 15 Storeys High, or Nighty Night were available in Region 1

We need a Spicer press briefing to make fun of and get this back on track. Come on White House!

Sorry, didn’t mean to hijack shit.

In addition to Russian stuff, British comedy was a driving factor for me. I wanted to get the complete set of Men Behaving Badly, which at that point wasn’t available here. Not sure if it is today.

This just in, Spicer confirms new administration will block import of “pornographic” British television DVD.

Don’t. We need something to take our eyes off the freak show now and again.

Man who stares too long into the void, something breaks in them.

I figure Spicer will tire quickly of being the voice to Trump’s inner 6 year old.

I just want to see more Spicer craziness, that’s all! Wasn’t trying to EPA the tech talk.

Oh, I’m so stealing this.

Trump will have no problem finding people willing to be that voice. I would put money on someone straight from Breitbart standing at that podium within a year.

OK here we go…Spicer at the podium.

I think the press pool should always address him as Bob

Can’t help whining about the confirmation process.

Asked about the park tweets, Spicer just denied that the White House had anything to do with the Badlands tweets being deleted.
